The location proved convenient for accessing the town center.
The advertised pictures of the rooms gave a wrong impression. The self contained garden villa was largely occupied by the queen bed. The minimal kitchen utensils offered were insufficient. The wifi signal was unreliable.

GREAT stay NEAR everything

I really enjoyed the tropical feel of the grounds. My room had a handy outdoor seating area. The pool area was a welcome refresher after sightseeing. I liked that the hotel is close to bars and restaurants.
The water pressure in the shower WAS slightly weak , but manageable.

I observed that the dining area was clean and well kept , with staff promptly replenishing items.

The swimming pool provided a half-shaded area , allowing for sun and shade preferences. I SAW that pool towels were provided in the room , WHICH added convenience. I noticed the grounds were well-kept.

The staff I encountered WERE helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. Reception had unique features, including Pickles the bird. Water was available in reception for filling water bottles , WHAT a PLUS.

the location IS excellent being close to many amenities
the mixer tap in the shower did NOT work at all i only got two options for temperature boiling or freezing i reported IT but they seemed to already know about the issue
